Spa Policies
Women’s Spa Facility
The women’s spa facility has been beautifully appointed with showers, a whirlpool, steam room and dry sauna.
Men’s Spa Facility
The men’s spa facility has been appointed with showers, a dry sauna, lockers, and a vanity.
Spa Amenities
During your visit you will be assigned a locker to store your personal belongings. For your comfort and convenience we will provide you with a robe and slippers. We also provide towels and other toiletry items such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion.
You are welcome to use the spa facilities before and after your scheduled treatment. However, please note that for operational purposes we must turn off the heat therapies such as sauna and steam 15 Minutes prior to closing.
Special Health Considerations
Please be sure to notify us of any health concerns (including pregnancy) when booking your appointments. Our staff will be happy to offer guidance as to which treatments will be the most beneficial and those that should be avoided due to safety, physical limitations, or sensitivity.
Appropriate Arrival Time
If this is your first visit, please arrive at least 30 Minutes prior to your appointment to allow yourself time to register, become familiar with our facility, and relax and unwind before receiving your treatment.
Parking
There is ample public parking located directly behind our building. It is easy to access from Ocean View Blvd or Market Street off of Honolulu Avenue. Our Spa entrance is located on Honolulu Avenue.
Spa Etiquette
Spa Pura is an oasis for relaxation and rejuvenation. To maintain this environment, we ask that all of our guests are respectful of others’ privacy. Kindly speak softly, and deactivate any communication devices, such as cell phones or pagers.

You may purchase gift cards in any dollar increment. Gift Cards are available at the reception desk, the boutique, through one of our phone reservationists or online at www.myspapura.com
